Kenida Lewis is a noteworthy recruiter and talent acquisition leader with a passion for helping companies connect with skilled, diverse talent. As founder and principal of The Adinek Group, a firm that specializes in recruiting and talent acquisition and recruiting strategies, Kenida is able to bring her passion to fruition.

Recently noted as the Top 10 most influential people in Executive Hiring by CIO Magazine, Kenida leads The Adinek Group, by partnering with companies to provide a range of custom talent solutions, from recruiting executive talent, high
volume sourcing/recruiting to RPO concepts. Based in Las Vegas, NV the firm particularly focuses on developing talent acquisition strategies to help organizations win with talent.

Before launching The Adinek Group in 2020, Kenida served in various capacities in professional services, finance, hospitality and entertainment, including positions at M&I Bank, PNC Financial Services, Accenture and MGM Resorts International. Kenida joined Manpower in 2005 as business development/corporate account manager tasked
with identifying new staffing business relationships for various sectors.

In 2007, her work talent acquisition reached new heights when she took a position at M&I Bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as assistant vice president of talent acquisition and diversity recruiting. She also held dual responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the enterprise-wide Vendor Management Program. Kenida joined PNC Bank in October 2010, where she first served as a talent scout before being promoted to recruiting manager the following year. In 2014, she was elevated to vice president, diversity recruiting manager of talent acquisition at PNC Financial Services Group.

Kenida also served as sourcing recruiting manager for PNC’s shared services group, strategic workforce acquisition and Internal placement teams. In 2018, Kenida joined MGM Resorts as Director of Diversity and College Recruiting, where she
led all early career programming and diversity recruiting for the enterprise. After more than 15 years of building and cultivating relationships as a leader in the talent acquisition and space, Kenida branched out on her own to form The Adinek Group.

Beyond business, Kenida likes to participate in civic and community organizations that solicit change and better living for everybody, and currently serves as executive sponsor of the Fannie Lou Hammer Program on the National Board for American Association of People Disabilities. She also serves as an advisor for the internship program in Washington, DC. Kenida holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and merchandising from Ball State University and an MBA from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration. She currently resides in Las Vegas where she spends her spare time supporting her college-age children in their entrepreneurial and civic ventures.
