About Kate Brouse

Kate Brouse is a disability advocate with a passion for CX. Currently, she is the Strategic Partnerships Manager for U.S. non-profit NTI (National Telecommuting Institute).

Kate approaches each day on the job with renewed energy and excitement because she gets to combine the two things she loves to do: advocate for inclusion and make business better.

NTI is a unique nonprofit that provides FREE training to Americans with disabilities and launches them to new careers in customer service--and they do all of it from their own homes.

Kate has appeared at conferences and on talk shows--and is a frequent guest on webinars and podcasts--discussing remote work, accessibility, diversity, and disability. Kate earned her bachelor''s degree in English from Brigham Young University. In her off-work hours, she can be found around sunny southwest Florida, either bicycling or reading a book in the hammock under her oak tree.
