Ben Taylor heads up the Client Services department of Conversation Design Institute. After a successful career in digital marketing and communications, Ben was looking for a new challenge and could see that conversational AI had the potential to dominate multiple industries like digital marketing had in the early 2010’s.

After meeting with Hans and Olaf he was blown away by their passion for the industry and wanted to join them on their mission to rid the world of terrible chatbots. Ben now spends his days meeting with clients from across the globe discussing the many ways that automation can benefit corporations and working with them to overcome the challenges they face in this journey. Bens goal is to lead a global team dedicated to supporting the mission of Conversation Design Institute.
