Anuj Bhalla is the Founder and CEO of serviceMob, a pioneering customer service analytics company based in Southern California. With a strong background in AI, analytics, and data science, Anuj has over 15 years of experience in enhancing customer-centric strategies. Prior to founding serviceMob, he led the Service Analytics Strategy group at Accenture, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop innovative solutions that improve customer engagement. Anuj holds a Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Sloan Fellow. Anuj is a noted innovator with three US patents in the customer service domain and named a CEO Visionary by the LA Times, and has been featured in USA Today, Forbes, MIT Press, and Entrepreneur Magazine for his groundbreaking work in the field.
