About Stanton Smith
Stanton Smith has spent over 12 years working for technology providers in a broad range of functions from CX Strategy Consulting, Customer Engagement, and Financial Analysis. In these capacities, he has helped companies identify and establish a vision for their customer experience strategy. He has also developed a robust financial model which supports business cases for the deployment of new technologies, with a rigorous ROI/TCO in support of CX projects.
In 2017, Stanton joined PeakView Communications, a leader in contact center transformation services. There, Stanton helped develop and implement the CCaaS evaluation and transformation process that has been successfully utilized to help hundreds of enterprises make the proper transition to the cloud.
Currently, Stanton is Vice President of CX Technology Consulting at InflowCX (acquired PeakView 2021) and continues to lead the company's technology evaluation services.
